La Jolla Beach

     Towards the end of February I was so sick of Winter!  It seemed to last forever.  I started trying to find a place for us to go for Spring Break.  We needed something to look forward to, and a place that promised sun and warmer weather.  We ended up planning a trip to San Diego.  The best decision ever!  It really was a perfect week. 
     On Monday we met up with the Holindrakes at La Jolla Beach.  We could not have asked for a better day.  The kids spent the day running in and out of the water, chasing birds, building sand castles, and eating. Pretty much a perfect day!

We showered off and went up the rode to see the seals.  Although it was really cold and windy, it was still pretty awesome.  It really is such a beautiful place.
