Jackson just finished the 4th grade and man did he work hard! He is one of the most diligent and focused kids I know. He continually amazes us with how much discipline he has. He comes straight home gets all his homework done (which is usually a ton), practices his piano, goes to practice for whatever sport he is playing at the time, then scouts or some activity, and then to bed, where he usually reads for an hour. He has such a strong desire to succeed. We love that in him. He is definitely a serious kid and I wish sometimes he would just relax, but we know how lucky we are to have him in our family. We really couldn't be prouder!
Jackson won the Math Olympiad at his school. He was so surprised, which made it that much better.
For his final project he had to give a 20 minute oral report on the Olympics. A topic he has been researching and doing projects on all year. He was great and did awesome!
